Exchange and Returns Policy
Critical Hit Gaming offers change of mind returns and exchanges on products returned within the period of up to two weeks from time of original purchase for exchanges and up to 24 hours for refunds. Items must be returned in complete, unopened and undamaged condition with proof of purchase provided to be eligible for a change of mind return.
Change of Mind Return Exclusions
The following product categories are not available for change of mind returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. This does not include the circumstances in which the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory due to manufacturer error.

- Blind Box Items
- Food Items
- Clearance and Sale Items
- Event Entry Fees
- Gift Cards
Failure to Collect Online Orders
Online Orders for items must be collected within 2 weeks. After this period your item may be put out for sale again. During this time you can still come in and collect it but if it sells during this period you will be refunded for the order.
